The Ultraclean® is cut and sealed on four edges using an ultrasonic method, preventing linting and scratching. The ultraclean® is cleanroom laundered and recommended for ISO Class 4+ Cleanrooms. Composed of 100% polyester continuous filament yarn, its smooth, soft-knit construction is an ideal wiper for many applications required within cleanroom rooms and critical environments. 
 
Features
  • 100% continuous filament polyester knit
  • Ultrasonic sealed edges to reduce fibre contamination
  • Laundered using 17MΩ ultra-pure D.I water
  • Low levels of particles, fibres, ions and extractables
  • Chemically compatible with IPA, Acetone and other solvents
 
Applications
  • Recommended for use in ISO Class 4+ Cleanroom, including microelectronics, Precision Electronics, Semiconductor, Circuit-board Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Defence Electronics, Research facilities, Aerospace and Biomedical device manufacturing.
