Three-layer (3-Ply) pleated cleanroom Facemask incorporating elasticated ear loops.

Constructed using Polypropylene for the inner and outer layer with a melt-blown micro-denier filter which filtrates 98% to 0.3µm. The facemask is low-linting and provides process protection from contamination with good levels of comfort, breathability and particle filtration. The facemask is sonically bonded for strength and cleanliness and the nose piece enclosed is made from a PVC coated wire which is easily adjusted for comfort.
